Shane was recruited for this role to direct all finance and accounting operations for a privately held group of automobile dealerships. Among his many responsibilities, he managed 225 multidisciplinary staff and P&L on revenues in excess of $780M. Additionally, he had management oversight of numerous other functions, including operations, HR, facilities, legal affairs, compliance, F&I and audits. Shane’s many notable achievements include:

-Saved millions in a move to self-insurance
-Negotiated a $45M credit facility, gaining crucial capital
-Instrumental in a strategic expansion, sparking 21-fold growth
-Improved benefits to attract and retain talent
-Implemented GAAP reporting and audited financial statements
-Established rigorous and efficient financial reporting
-Directed a seamless systems upgrade/ migration
